Trust me, I had em and I hated um. When they do the braids they have to pull your hair so tight that you can feel the hair ripping out of the roots. I'm a strong person and for no reason tears started coming out of my eyes. And don't get glue either, it will stay in your scalp and itch, and you can't take a shower or your extenstions will fall out. So just leave the extentions to black people.
