i actually do hair for a living and using glue does damage your hair. but it also depends on how well u take of your hair is y it can be as damaging. if u are to use glue on your extensions then u need to make sure that u try not to get ANY of it on the hair. yes its hard to do but u want to make sure that u are gluing the extension to your scalp and not your hair. having hair sewn in is the best way to get it it done but that can also be damaging as well because of the pullin that some ppl do. but wen u get ready to remove the glue u would want to either buy hair glue remover and u can purchase it at any hair store or u can massage conditioner onto the scalp but DO NOT PULL the extensions out u want to massage them out. if u use enough condintioner of glue remover they will easily slide out with ease.
