if your hair is that long naturally . Get a stripe of pink hair extension and curl the lower of your hair and if u have a side fringe . straighten it : )

if not dye your hair bleach blonde if you want it like that colour . and buy real hair extension that match . then curl your hair extension ( before putting in ) curl the lower of your hair . and put the hair extensions in . keeping fringe straight

first you need to curl your hair... for this look in particular i would suggest instead of using a curling iron like normal to garb a section of hair and wrap the hair around the barrel (not clamping it in)... then once its all curled take the front section of your hair (leaving the bangs if you want in which case you would straighten them) and divide it into small sections and twist hair back and secure with bobby pin... hope this helps a little... good luck...
