I live in Devon, Torbay. I wear clip in hair extensions but want them glued in, cheap as poss! Help

I have rang around some salons, but they're quoting up to 鎷?00, which I think is way too much! Could anyone reccomend anywhere where I could have them fitted for a reasonable price (鎷?00-鎷?00) for 18"? Please help me.

Thats a reasonable price for decent extensions. If you want good looking, high quality ones youre looking at 鎷?00-鎷?00

The cheaper ones 鎷?00-鎷?00 (you wont get them for 鎷?00) Are quite poor quality and will end up looking ropey and fake. These will need replacing and re-glueing in more often too..Meaning it will be less Value than if you were to splash out in the first place.

Remember glue in extensions arent a one off thing.. they require lots of time %26amp; money to maintain. They need replacing, re-glueing. etc. Only have them if you have the time and money for frequent trips to your salon

heya i'm a haidresser...and i'm trained in hair extensions...

now...glue screws ur hair up - due to the chemicals and what not. but also gloue can pull on ur own hair and cause damage (i.e. victoria beckham) same goes for bonded extensions...and you being quoted 鎷?00 sounds like the bonded extensions (tbh evn if u got all the hair and stuff u need @ trade price its still 鎷?00). and if u do find some1 who will do it for 鎷?00 b wary!!!

also with glue and bonded extensions you have to b careful which shampoo's u use as certain 1s can weaken the bonds and glue.

there is a solution tho - i had clip in extensions and got sick of the whole taken em out and putting bk in, so i decided to get weave in extensions. ur own hair is braided and strips of hair sewn in. cos ur hair is braided ur hair doesnt get exposed to the elements .i.e. str8ners, pollutuion etc and gives ur a hair a chance to grow. weave extensions are less likely to cause damage - only time they do is if the braids have been pulled too tight or uneven tensions used. they are cheaper as well.. 鎷?20 mine cost - thts with 18 inch hair. u dont need to change the shampoo's u use either. and to b honest they look better than most glue in extensions.
