half of the movie stars have sew ins they look so natural but they could be uncomfortable if your not used to having braids .

if you look up extentions on yahoo.. most websites that sell them will have pics on there demonstrating what they look like being put in and once they are finished!

as far as the comfort level goes, if you arent used to having braids or extentions it may be a little uncomforatble, but nothing you cant get used to!

if you are looking into getting extentions, make sure you get the right color to match perfectly, and legnth! many people do this wrong and it looks horrible!

depending on how much you are looking to spend, the jessica simpson extentions are awesome, but can be a little costly..not too bad, but not exactly cheap either!!!

plz, for all that is holy, do not get hair extensions, they will result in a bald spot, then you will have to get constant extensions which you will spend more money than on your own house.-maybe not that much, but you got the idea
